97-year-old Palisades Fire victim may sue California FAIR plan for barely covering remediation costs

A 97-year-old Palisades resident paid over $300,000 out of pocket to move back into her home, which miraculously survived the fire. Her family says the California FAIR plan only provided $38,000 to remediate the inside.
