ੴ ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਦਿ ॥
ਕਿਸ ਹਉ ਜਾਚੀ ਕਿਸੁ ਆਰਾਧੀ ਜਾ ਸਭੁ ਕੋ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੋਸੀ ॥ ਜੋ ਜੋ ਦੀਸੈ ਵਡਾ ਵਡੇਰਾ ਸੋ ਸੋ ਖਾਕੂ ਰਲਸੀ ॥ ਨਿਰਭਉ ਨਿਰੰਕਾਰੁ ਭਵ ਖੰਡਨੁ ਸਭਿ ਸੁਖ ਨਵ ਨਿਧਿ ਦੇਸੀ ॥੧॥ ਹਰਿ ਜੀਉ ਤੇਰੀ ਦਾਤੀ ਰਾਜਾ ॥ ਮਾਣਸੁ ਬਪੁੜਾ ਕਿਆ ਸਾਲਾਹੀ ਕਿਆ ਤਿਸ ਕਾ ਮੁਹਤਾਜਾ ॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥ ਜਿਨਿ ਹਰਿ ਧਿਆਇਆ ਸਭੁ ਕਿਛੁ ਤਿਸ ਕਾ ਤਿਸ ਕੀ ਭੂਖ ਗਵਾਈ ॥ ਐਸਾ ਧਨੁ ਦੀਆ ਸੁਖਦਾਤੈ ਨਿਖੁਟਿ ਨ ਕਬ ਹੀ ਜਾਈ ॥ ਅਨਦੁ ਭਇਆ ਸੁਖ ਸਹਜਿ ਸਮਾਣੇ ਸਤਿਗੁਰਿ ਮੇਲਿ ਮਿਲਾਈ ॥੨॥ ਮਨ ਨਾਮੁ ਜਪਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਆਰਾਧਿ ਅਨਦਿਨੁ ਨਾਮੁ ਵਖਾਣੀ ॥ ਉਪਦੇਸੁ ਸੁਣਿ ਸਾਧ ਸੰਤਨ ਕਾ ਸਭ ਚੂਕੀ ਕਾਣਿ ਜਮਾਣੀ ॥ ਜਿਨ ਕਉ ਕ੍ਰਿਪਾਲੁ ਹੋਆ ਪ੍ਰਭੁ ਮੇਰਾ ਸੇ ਲਾਗੇ ਗੁਰ ਕੀ ਬਾਣੀ ॥੩॥ ਕੀਮਤਿ ਕਉਣੁ ਕਰੈ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਤੇਰੀ ਤੂ ਸਰਬ ਜੀਆ ਦਇਆਲਾ ॥ ਸਭੁ ਕਿਛੁ ਕੀਤਾ ਤੇਰਾ ਵਰਤੈ ਕਿਆ ਹਮ ਬਾਲ ਗੁਪਾਲਾ ॥ ਰਾਖਿ ਲੇਹੁ ਨਾਨਕੁ ਜਨੁ ਤੁਮਰਾ ਜਿਉ ਪਿਤਾ ਪੂਤ ਕਿਰਪਾਲਾ ॥੪॥੧॥ ਅਰਥ: ਹੇ ਭਾਈ! ਜਦੋਂ ਹਰੇਕ ਜੀਵ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦਾ ਹੀ ਪੈਦਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ (ਉਸ ਕਰਤਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਛੱਡ ਕੇ) ਮੈਂ ਹੋਰ ਕਿਸ ਪਾਸੋਂ ਕੁਝ ਮੰਗਾਂ? ਮੈਂ ਹੋਰ ਕਿਸ ਦੀ ਆਸ ਰੱਖਦਾ ਫਿਰਾਂ? ਜੇਹੜਾ ਭੀ ਕੋਈ ਵੱਡਾ ਜਾਂ ਧਨਾਢ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦਿੱਸਦਾ ਹੈ, ਹਰੇਕ ਨੇ (ਮਰ ਕੇ) ਮਿੱਟੀ ਵਿਚ ਰਲ ਜਾਣਾ ਹੈ (ਇਕ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਹੀ ਸਦਾ ਕਾਇਮ ਰਹਿਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਦਾਤਾ ਹੈ) । ਹੇ ਭਾਈ! ਸਾਰੇ ਸੁਖ ਤੇ ਜਗਤ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਨੌ ਖ਼ਜ਼ਾਨੇ ਉਹ ਨਿਰੰਕਾਰ ਹੀ ਦੇਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਸੇ ਦਾ ਡਰ ਨਹੀਂ, ਤੇ, ਜੋ ਸਭ ਜੀਵਾਂ ਦਾ ਜਨਮ ਮਰਨ ਨਾਸ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈ ।੧। ਹੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਜੀ! ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੀਆਂ (ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ) ਦਾਤਾਂ ਨਾਲ (ਹੀ) ਰੱਜ ਸਕਦਾ ਹਾਂ, ਮੈਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਵਿਚਾਰੇ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦੀ ਵਡਿਆਈ ਕਿਉਂ ਕਰਦਾ ਫਿਰਾਂ? ਮੈਨੂੰ ਕਿਸੇ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦੀ ਮੁਥਾਜੀ ਕਿਉਂ ਹੋਵੇ? ।ਰਹਾਉ। ਹੇ ਭਾਈ! ਜਿਸ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਨੇ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦੀ ਭਗਤੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ, ਜਗਤ ਦੀ ਹਰੇਕ ਚੀਜ਼ ਹੀ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਬਣ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ, ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰੋਂ (ਮਾਇਆ ਦੀ) ਭੁੱਖ ਦੂਰ ਕਰ ਦੇਂਦਾ ਹੈ । ਸੁਖਦਾਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਅਜੇਹਾ (ਨਾਮ-) ਧਨ ਦੇ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ ਜੋ (ਉਸ ਪਾਸੋਂ) ਕਦੇ ਭੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਮੁੱਕਦਾ । ਗੁਰੂ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦੇ ਚਰਨਾਂ ਵਿਚ (ਜਦੋਂ) ਮਿਲਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ, ਤਾਂ ਆਤਮਕ ਅਡੋਲਤਾ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਨ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਆਨੰਦ ਤੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਸੁਖ ਆ ਵੱਸਦੇ ਹਨ ।੨। ਹੇ (ਮੇਰੇ) ਮਨ! ਹਰ ਵੇਲੇ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਜਪਿਆ ਕਰ, ਸਿਮਰਿਆ ਕਰ, ਉਚਾਰਿਆ ਕਰ । ਸੰਤ ਜਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਉਪਦੇਸ਼ ਸੁਣ ਕੇ ਜਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਭੀ ਸਾਰੀ ਮੁਥਾਜੀ ਮੁੱਕ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ । (ਪਰ, ਹੇ ਮਨ!) ਸਤਿਗੁਰੂ ਦੀ ਬਾਣੀ ਵਿਚ ਉਹੀ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਸੁਰਤਿ ਜੋੜਦੇ ਹਨ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਉਤੇ ਪਿਆਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਆਪ ਦਇਆਵਾਨ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ।੩। ਹੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ! ਤੇਰੀ (ਮੇਹਰ ਦੀ) ਕੀਮਤ ਕੌਣ ਪਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ? ਤੂੰ ਸਾਰੇ ਹੀ ਜੀਵਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਮੇਹਰ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈਂ । ਹੇ ਗੋਪਾਲ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਜੀ ! ਅਸੀ ਜੀਵਾਂ ਨੇ ਕੀਹ ਪਾਂਇਆਂ ਹੈ? ਜਗਤ ਵਿਚ ਹਰੇਕ ਕੰਮ ਤੇਰਾ ਹੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ । ਹੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ! ਨਾਨਕ ਤੇਰਾ ਦਾਸ ਹੈ, (ਇਸ ਦਾਸ ਦੀ) ਰੱਖਿਆ ਉਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਰਦਾ ਰਹੁ, ਜਿਵੇਂ ਪਿਉ ਆਪਣੇ ਪੁਤਰਾਂ ਉਤੇ ਕਿਰਪਾਲ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ।੪।੧। #Hukamnama #SriDarbarSahib #GoldenTemple #SriHarmandirSahib #DailyHukamnama #Amritsar #Sikhism #Gurbani #MannatTV #punjabispirituality #sgpcamritsar @SGPCSriAmritsar #punjab #sikhismfaith

ਸੰਤ ਉਧਰਣ ਦਇਆਲੰ ਆਸਰੰ ਗੋਪਾਲ ਕੀਰਤਨਹ ॥ ਨਿਰਮਲੰ ਸੰਤ ਸੰਗੇਣ ਓਟ ਨਾਨਕ ਪਰਮੇਸੁਰਹ ॥੧॥ ਚੰਦਨ ਚੰਦੁ ਨ ਸਰਦ ਰੁਤਿ ਮੂਲਿ ਨ ਮਿਟਈ ਘਾਂਮ ॥ ਸੀਤਲੁ ਥੀਵੈ ਨਾਨਕਾ ਜਪੰਦੜੋ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੁ ॥੨॥ ਪਉੜੀ ॥ ਚਰਨ ਕਮਲ ਕੀ ਓਟ ਉਧਰੇ ਸਗਲ ਜਨ ॥ ਸੁਣਿ ਪਰਤਾਪੁ ਗੋਵਿੰਦ ਨਿਰਭਉ ਭਏ ਮਨ ॥ ਤੋਟਿ ਨ ਆਵੈ ਮੂਲਿ ਸੰਚਿਆ ਨਾਮੁ ਧਨ ॥ ਸੰਤ ਜਨਾ ਸਿਉ ਸੰਗੁ ਪਾਈਐ ਵਡੈ ਪੁਨ ॥ ਆਠ ਪਹਰ ਹਰਿ ਧਿਆਇ ਹਰਿ ਜਸੁ ਨਿਤ ਸੁਨ ॥੧੭॥ ਅਰਥ: ਜੋ ਸੰਤ ਜਨ ਗੋਪਾਲ-ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੇ ਕੀਰਤਨ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਜੀਵਨ ਦਾ ਸਹਾਰਾ ਬਣਾ ਲੈਂਦੇ ਹਨ, ਦਿਆਲ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਸੰਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ (ਮਾਇਆ ਦੀ ਤਪਸ਼ ਤੋਂ) ਬਚਾ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਹਨਾਂ ਸੰਤਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੰਗਤਿ ਕੀਤਿਆਂ ਪਵਿਤ੍ਰ ਹੋ ਜਾਈਦਾ ਹੈ। ਨਾਨਕ ਜੀ! (ਤੂੰ ਭੀ ਅਜੇਹੇ ਗੁਰਮੁਖਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੰਗਤਿ ਵਿਚ ਰਹਿ ਕੇ) ਪਰਮੇਸਰ ਦਾ ਪੱਲਾ ਫੜ ॥੧॥ ਭਾਵੇਂ ਚੰਦਨ (ਦਾ ਲੇਪ ਕੀਤਾ) ਹੋਵੇ ਚਾਹੇ ਚੰਦ੍ਰਮਾ (ਦੀ ਚਾਨਣੀ) ਹੋਵੇ, ਤੇ ਭਾਵੇਂ ਠੰਢੀ ਰੁੱਤ ਹੋਵੇ – ਇਹਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਮਨ ਦੀ ਤਪਸ਼ ਉੱਕਾ ਹੀ ਮਿਟ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਕਦੀ। ਨਾਨਕ ਜੀ! ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਸਿਮਰਿਆਂ ਹੀ ਮਨੁੱਖ (ਦਾ ਮਨ) ਸ਼ਾਂਤ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ॥੨॥ ਪਉੜੀ ॥ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੇ ਸੋਹਣੇ ਚਰਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਆਸਰਾ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਜੀਵ (ਦੁਨੀਆ ਦੀ ਤਪਸ਼ ਤੋਂ) ਬਚ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ। ਗੋਬਿੰਦ ਜੀ ਦੀ ਵਡਿਆਈ ਸੁਣ ਕੇ (ਬੰਦਗੀ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਦੇ) ਮਨ ਨਿਡਰ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ। ਉਹ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ-ਧਨ ਇਕੱਠਾ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ ਤੇ ਉਸ ਧਨ ਵਿਚ ਕਦੇ ਘਾਟਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਪੈਂਦਾ। ਅਜੇਹੇ ਗੁਰਮੁਖਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੰਗਤਿ ਬੜੇ ਭਾਗਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲਦੀ ਹੈ, ਇਹ ਸੰਤ ਜਨ ਅੱਠੇ ਪਹਿਰ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਨੂੰ ਸਿਮਰਦੇ ਹਨ ਤੇ ਸਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦਾ ਜਸ ਸੁਣਦੇ ਹਨ ॥੧੭॥ सलोक ॥
संत उधरण दइआलं आसरं गोपाल कीरतनह ॥ निरमलं संत संगेण ओट नानक परमेसुरह ॥१॥ चंदन चंदु न सरद रुति मूलि न मिटई घांम ॥ सीतलु थीवै नानका जपंदड़ो हरि नामु ॥२॥ पउड़ी ॥ चरन कमल की ओट उधरे सगल जन ॥ सुणि परतापु गोविंद निरभउ भए मन ॥ तोटि न आवै मूलि संचिआ नामु धन ॥ संत जना सिउ संगु पाईऐ वडै पुन ॥ आठ पहर हरि धिआइ हरि जसु नित सुन ॥१७॥ अर्थ: जो संत जन गोपाल-प्रभु के कीर्तन को अपना जीवन का सहारा बना लेते हैं, दयाल प्रभु उन संतो को (माया की तपिश से) बचा लेता है। उन संतो की संगत करने से मन शांत हो जाता है। नानक जी! (तुम भी ऐसे गुरमुखों की संगत में रह के) प्रमाता का पल्लू पकड़ ॥१॥ चाहे चन्दन (का लेप किया) हो चाहे चाँद (की चांदनी) हो, और चाहे ठंडी रुत हो-इन के द्वारा मन की तपिश कभी शांत नहीं हो सकती। नानक जी! प्रभु का नाम सिमरन करने से ही मन शांत होता है ॥२॥ प्रभू के सुंदर चरनों का आसरा ले कर सभी जीव (दुनिया की तपस़ से) बच जाते हैं। गोबिन्द जी की वडिअाई सुन कर (बंदगी वालों के) मन निडर हो जाते हैं। वह प्रभू का नाम-धन इक्कतर करते हैं और उस धन में कभी घाटा नहीं पड़ता। ऐसे गुरुमुखों की संगत बड़े भागों से मिलती हैं, यह संत जन आठों पहर प्रभू का सिमरन करते हैं और सदा प्रभू का जस सुनते हैं ॥१७॥ Salok ||

It only becomes cool, Nanak Ji, by chanting the Name of the Lord. ||2|| Pauree: Through the Protection and Support of the Lord’s lotus feet, all beings are saved. Hearing of the Glory of the Lord of the Universe, the mind becomes fearless. Nothing at all is lacking, when one gathers the wealth of the Naam. The Society of the Saints is obtained, by very good deeds.
