Driver plows into crowd celebrating Mexico's World Cup win over Czech Republic in Los Cabos

Several people were injured Wednesday night after a vehicle plowed into a crowd celebrating Mexico’s victory over the Czech Republic in the resort city of Los Cabos, authorities said.
