Judge 'reluctantly' grants DOJ motion to dismiss final prosecution in Jan. 6 attack

A federal judge has “reluctantly” granted the DOJ’s move to dismiss the final remaining prosecution stemming from the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the U.S. Capitol.
