LAPD brings in fleet of tow trucks, buses to transport drivers arrested at massive street takeover

A fleet of tow trucks and buses were part of the LAPD’s response to a massive street takeover in Harbor Gateway, were multiple drivers were arrested and vehicles were impounded.
