ਬੇਅਦਬੀ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਮਾਮਲੇ ‘ਚ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸਮੂਹ ਜਥੇਬੰਦੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਐਮਰਜੈਂਸੀ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਬੁਲਾਈ ਬੇਅਦਬੀ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕ ਕਮੇਟੀ (SGPC) ਵੱਲੋਂ ਵੱਡਾ ਕਦਮ ਚੁੱਕਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। SGPC ਨੇ ਸਿੱਖ ਪੰਥ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਮੂਹ ਜਥੇਬੰਦੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਇੱਕ ਐਮਰਜੈਂਸੀ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਬੁਲਾਈ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੇਅਦਬੀ ਦੇ ਵੱਧ ਰਹੇ ਮਾਮਲਿਆਂ ‘ਤੇ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਵਿਚਾਰ-ਵਿਮਰਸ਼ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਇਸ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਧਾਰਮਿਕ ਅਦਬ ਦੀ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਲਈ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਤੇ ਰਣਨੀਤੀ ‘ਤੇ ਚਰਚਾ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ। SGPC ਦੇ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪੰਥਕ ਏਕਤਾ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਇਸ ਮੁੱਦੇ ਦਾ ਹੱਲ ਕੱਢਿਆ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਸਰਕਾਰ ‘ਤੇ ਦਬਾਅ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਰਾਜਨੀਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਧਾਰਮਿਕ ਮਾਹੌਲ ਨੂੰ ਗਰਮਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਵੀ ਇਸ ਬਾਰੇ ਚਿੰਤਾ ਵਧ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਦਿਨਾਂ ‘ਚ ਇਸ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਡੇ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਆ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ। The Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC) has taken a major step regarding the sacrilege law issue by calling an emergency meeting of all Sikh organizations.
