ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਸਕੂਲ ਆਫ਼ ਐਮੀਨੈਂਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਪੇਸ ਲੈਬ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕੀਤੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਵਾਂ ਕਦਮ ਚੁੱਕਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਸਕੂਲ ਆਫ਼ ਐਮੀਨੈਂਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਧੁਨਿਕ ਸਪੇਸ ਲੈਬ ਦੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਲੈਬ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਅੰਤਰਿਕਸ਼ ਵਿਗਿਆਨ, ਸੈਟੇਲਾਈਟ ਟੈਕਨੋਲੋਜੀ ਅਤੇ ਸਪੇਸ ਰਿਸਰਚ ਬਾਰੇ ਪ੍ਰੈਕਟਿਕਲ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਮਿਲੇਗੀ। ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਪਹਿਲ ਨਾਲ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਾਇੰਸ ਅਤੇ ਟੈਕਨੋਲੋਜੀ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਰੁਚੀ ਵਧੇਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਵਿੱਚ ਅੰਤਰਿਕਸ਼ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਰੀਅਰ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਿਤ ਹੋਣਗੇ। The Punjab government has launched a modern Space Lab in the School of Eminence to promote science and space education among students.
