Rep. Swalwell rips ICE for deporting Hayward family; his office flew to Colombia to help deaf child

East Bay Rep. Eric Swalwell is calling for the return of a deported mother and her two children to the Bay Area. One of the kids is a deaf 6-year-old, and Swalwell says his office flew to Colombia to give him his hearing device.
