WB 210 Fwy in Sylmar reopens nearly 7 hours after LAPD shot armed suspect, sparking traffic delay

All westbound lanes of the 210 Freeway in Sylmar were fully reopened nearly seven hours after police shot a man accused of trying to carjack a driver.
